Resilience in Nonformal language

 In perioada 01.03.2023 - 31.12.2023 s-au desfășurat proiectul "Resilience in Non-formal Language", având o mobilitate a lucrătorilor de tineret in Craiova, in perioada 07.07.2023 - 16.07.2023. A fost o experiență de învățare minunata ce a adus tehnici noi de lucru cu tinerii cu boli cronice si schimb de bune practici între participanti.  Pasim impreuna pe acest drum frumos al cunoasterii si invatarii, avand totodata ocazia de a ne impartasi din experienta fiecarei organizatii si de a face schimb de bune practici.

Resilience in Nonformal Language

 

”Resilience in Nonformal Language” este un nou proiect al Asociatiei BRAVE&UNIC-BU, proiect finantat de Uniunea Europeana prin Programul Erasmus+, actiunea KA153-YOU - Mobility of youth workers , ale carui mobilitati se vor desfasura in perioada 7.07 – 16.07.2023, in Craiova si unde 30 Lucratori de tineret din 6 organizatii partenere( Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Spania, Turcia si Romania) se vor pregati sa utilizeze 2 metode ala educatiei Nonformale (Artele combinate si Roleplayingul) in vederea cresterii rezilientei sociale si emotionale in randul tinerilor cu boli cronice si totodata ca mijloc de stimulare a dorintei de incluziune sociala pentru acesti tineri si care provin din medii sociale defavorizate pentru o perioada de 10 luni.

Prin acest proiect incercam sa ne concentram pe activitati prin care sa oferim sansa tinerilor cu boli cronice sa aiba o rezilienta emotionala si sociala crescuta, sa aiba o dorinta de implicare mai mare, o dorinta de ”viata cu scop”, prin utilizarea celor 2 metode de educatie Nonformala.

IE - Final de proiect

 Ne aflam la finalul proiectului ”IE”, proiect finantat prin programul Erasmus+, actiunea K1 - Mobilitati de tineret, in care ne-am intalnit si am lucrat impreuna cu tineri din Turcia, Bulgaria si Romania pe parcursul a 12 zile in Craiova, in perioada 14.06-25.06.2021 si in care am invatat ca:

Patrimoniul cultural al fiecarei natiuni este puntea de legatura intre trecutul incarcat de istorie si viitorul care trebuie oferit generatiilor urmatoare, fara a pierde nimic din adevarata sa valoare, contribuind astfel la crearea unor comunitati puternice.

Traditiile reprezinta si o valoaroasa sursa de venit prin infiintarea unor noi locuri de munca pentru tineri prin redescoperirea acestui patrimoniu imaterial si printr-o reinterpretare a patrimoniului cultural national intr-o era digitala, sustinand astfel antreprenoriatul in randul tinerei generatii.In urma acestui proiect cei 39 tineri din Romania, Turcia si Bulgaria si-au dezvoltat atitudinile de sustinere fata de valorile culturale traditionale si antreprenoriat si am interactionat prin intermediul ”bluzei traditionale”, a povestilor si traditiilor asociate acesteia. Tinerii au invatat ce inseamna incluziunea si nondiscriminarea si facilitarea accesului la activitati de educatie non-formala interculturala pe parcursul celor 12 zile de schimb de experienta si diseminarea notiunilor invatate pe tot parcursul proiectului catre ceilalti tineri din comunitatile din care provin.

We are at the end of the “IE”, a project funded by the Erasmus + program, action K1 - Youth Mobility, in which we met and worked with young people from Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania during 12 days in Craiova, during 14.06-25.06.2021 and in which We learned that:
The cultural heritage of nation is the bridge between ta past full of history and the future that must be offered to the next generations, without losing anything of its true value, thus contributing to the creation of strong communities.
Traditions are also a valuable source of income by creating new jbs for young people by rediscovering this intangible heritage and by reinterpreting the national cultural heritage in a digital age, thus supporting entrepreneurship among the younger generation.
We finished this beautiful project in wich 39 young people from Romania, Turkey, and Bulgaria developed their attitudes of support for traditional, cultural values and entrepreneurship and we interacted through the ” traditional blouse”, the stories end traditions associated with it.The young people learned what inclusion end non-discrimination means end facilitating acces to non-formal intercultural education activities during 12 days of exchange of experience and disseminating the notions learned throughout the project to other young people in their communities

School 4 future - proiect la final

 Am ajuns la finalul proiectului ”School 4 future”, proiect finantat prin programul Erasmus+, mobilitati ale Lucratorilor de tineret, in care au participat Lucratori de tineret din 7 organizatii din Spania, Serbia, Turcia, Macedonia, Polonia, Bulgaria si Romania, pentru 12 zile.  Mobilitatea acestui proiect s-a desfasurat in Craiova, in perioada 27.06 - 08.07.2021, scopul fiind acela  de a forma 35 Lucratori de tineret care sa aplice 2 metode ale educatiei nonformal( Playback Theatre si ESPERE), ca instrumente pentru prevenirea abandonului scolar in randul tinerilor din medii sociale defavorizate si incluziunea tinerilor cu oportuitati reduse in mijlocul tinerilor de varsta lor.

Prin acest Training, Lucratorii de tineret si-au dezvoltat abilitatile de organizare, de comunicare, de a avea incredere in propriile decizii cu scopul de a reduce abandonul scolar, folosind 3 tipuri de jocuri in cele 12 zile de mobilitate.

The mobility of this project took place in Craiova, between 27.06 - 08.07.2021, the aim being to train 35 Youth Workers to apply 2 methods of non-formal education (Playback Theater and ESPERE), as tools for preventing school dropout among young people from disadvantaged social backgrounds and the inclusion of young people with reduced opportunities among young people of their age.Through this Training, the Youth Workers have developed their organizational communication skills, to have confidence in their own decisions in order to reduce school dropout, using 3 types of games in the 12 days of mobility.

Green or grey?





































 

Green solutions for green revolution

 Ultimele 2 luni au fost pline de emotie si bucurie deoarece am reusit sa ducem la bun sfarsit doua mobilitati ale unui frumos proiect ”Green solutions for green revolution”, finantat prin programul Erasmus+, in care ne-am intalnit si am lucrat impreuna cu tineri frumosi din Spania, Serbia, Grecia si Romania( 2 organizatii). Mobilitatile s-au desfasurat in Craiova, prima fiind cea Lucratorilor de tineret care s-a derulat in perioada 22.08 - 01.09.2021 iar cea de-a doua, a schimbului de tineri, intre 19-09 – 29.09.2021.Scopul primei mobilitati a fost de a forma lucratori de tineret care sa aplice 3 metode de educatie nonformala( Teatrul labirint, Design Thinking, Living Newspaper), metode utilizate ca instrumente pentru promovarea unei educatii ecologice sanatoase care sa sporeasca constientizarea problemelor de mediu actuale pentru comunitatile din care acestia fac parte.Prin cea de-a doua tinerii au constientizat care sunt efectele schimbarilor climatice si au promovat o educatie ecologica sanatoasa, si-au dezvoltat abilitati de a depista si corecta acele circumstante nesanatoase privind mediul inconjurator pentru a avea o comunitate curata si totodata au promovat dialogul intercultural, incluziunea sociala si a toleranta prin utilizarea unor continuturi si structuri legate de schimbarile climatice. Lucrand in echipa si-au putut dezvolta abilitatile de comunicare si de a avea incredere in propriile decizii in situatii legate de protectia mediului si a ecosistemelor, putand pe aceasta cale sa-si impartaseasca experientele.

Last 2 months were full of emotions and joy because we managed to get to an end two parts of the beautiful project "Green solutions for green revolution", financed by Erasmus+, project in which we met and worked with youngsters from Spain, Serbia, Greece and Romania (2 organizations). The projects took place in Craiova, the first one being the Young workers which was held on 22.08-01.09.2021. The scope of of the first part of the project was to form youngsters in order to apply 3 methods of nonformal education ( Labirint theatre, Living Newspaper and Design Thinking ), methods used as tools for promoting a healty and ecological education which can increase the awareness of the actual environmental issues from their communities. From the second part of the project, which was held on 19.09 – 29.09.2021, the youngsters were aware which are the effects of the climate change and promoted a healthy ecological education, developed the abilities of finding and solving that unhealthy circumstances regarding the environment in order to have a clean community and in the same time they have promoted the intercultural dialog, social integration and to tolerate through the usage of some structures regarding the climate change. Being involved in teamwork they were able to develop communication skills and to have confidence in their own decisions regarding the environment protection, being able in this way to share their experiences.
